Roasting
Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to add balance. The result is a delicious coffee which can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. buy fresh coffee beans would complement lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to keep it warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water is then forced through the grounds by the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

Storage
Lazy Sunday is a soft light roast that has a sweet, citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a soft touch and a soft mouthfeel. To brew the coffee, first heat your French Press with off boil water. This will prevent the coffee from being over extracted and causing undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has just been boiled. For four minutes, simmer, plunge, and enjoy.
