Roasting
Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It softens and transforms into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup that is a great drink by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don’t stir or stir your coffee as this can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
Strength – 3, easy and easy going, great for relaxing on the weekend.

The cocoa notes can be traced to the winter days sitting on the sofa reading a book and a warm family hug. To brew your coffee, first heat your French Press with off boil water. This will prevent the coffee from being too extracted and creating undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that has just boiled. Steep for four minutes, plunge, and enjoy.
